Welcome to ALTIVUS Soccer Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, academy services, registrations, and optional SMS messaging program.

By using our website or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms, subject to any separate agreements or waivers applicable to specific programs.

1. About ALTIVUS Soccer Academy

ALTIVUS is a year-round youth soccer development academy in Dale, Texas. Services may include Campus Memberships, professional-player-led development, individual and small-group training, speed and agility, goalkeeper and defensive training, games and scrimmages, camps and events, competitive development, field rentals, birthday parties, and community activities. Availability, schedules, pricing, and participation requirements may vary.

2. Registration and Membership

Participants must provide accurate information and complete required forms, agreements, and waivers. Parents or legal guardians must register and authorize minor players. Campus Memberships recur monthly unless otherwise stated in the enrollment agreement. Cancellations, pauses, payments, refunds, and other enrollment conditions are governed by terms provided during registration.

3. Participation and Safety

Soccer and athletic activities involve inherent risks. Participants must follow safety instructions, facility rules, and coaching directions. Parents and guardians must provide accurate emergency contacts and disclose relevant medical conditions or restrictions. Separate liability waivers and medical authorizations may be required.

4. Payments and Services

Program fees, registration fees, and additional charges will be disclosed during enrollment or booking. Payment obligations and refund eligibility are governed by the terms applicable to the purchased service. ALTIVUS may modify future offerings, schedules, and pricing subject to applicable agreements and law.

5. ALTIVUS Soccer Academy SMS Messaging Program

Program name: ALTIVUS Soccer Academy SMS Notifications

Program description: Subscribers may receive texts concerning registrations, memberships, training schedules, practice reminders, cancellations, camps, events, customer support, and academy updates. Promotional or marketing messages are sent only to people who separately consent.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on participation, upcoming activities, and communication needs. Recurring messages may be sent. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You may receive one final confirmation. No further messages will be sent under that subscription unless you opt in again.

Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional texts. SMS consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase services or register. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 6. Website Use

Visitors agree to use the website lawfully. Unauthorized access, misuse of content, interference with website operations, and fraudulent registration activity are prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

The ALTIVUS name, logo, branding, graphics, and original website content belong to ALTIVUS Soccer Academy or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited without permission.

8. Photography and Video

Photos and videos may be taken during academy activities for training, development, or promotion. Promotional use of identifiable images of minor participants is subject to applicable parent or guardian consent and academy release agreements.

9. Program Changes and Cancellations

ALTIVUS may adjust schedules, relocate activities, postpone events, or cancel sessions due to weather, safety, facility conditions, staffing, or other operational circumstances. Affected participants will be notified when reasonably practicable. Applicable refunds or credits are determined according to the relevant program agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ALTIVUS is not responsible for interruptions or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights protected by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting existing memberships or registrations will be handled according to applicable agreements and law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable federal law.
